2. Services Offered

- We offer various social media content management packages including starter and pro packages for Instagram and TikTok. Details of what each package includes can be found on the respective service pages on our website.

3. Payment and Subscription

- All packages must be paid for in advance of service commencement. Payment will be taken via our website through a secure payment gateway.

- The pro packages require a minimum commitment of 3 months. By subscribing to a pro package, you agree to continue the service for at least 3 months. Early termination by the client will not result in a refund of any kind.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

- All packages are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, there will be no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service provided.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

- The client retains ownership of all original text, images, data, and other content provided to Content Couriers for the purpose of content creation. However, by submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media in relation to the services we provide.

6. Liability and Indemnification

- Content Couriers will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.

- The client agrees to indemnify Content Couriers and its owners against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Content Couriers to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by Content Couriers arising out of any breach by the client of any provision of these terms and conditions.

7. Amendments

- Content Couriers reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.

8. Severability

- If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

9. Entire Agreement

- These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Content Couriers in relation to your use of our website and services, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
